Watch this 3 minute video that explains how you can reach your goal weight just by doing everyday things. ***WARNING*** the audio is a little scratchy so you may need to adjust your speakers.

Every day you do activities that expend the amount of calorie to lose the weight you want to. All you need to do is become aware of what you are ingesting and what you are expending.

Its all just simple math really. Calories in vs calories out. Very simply explained you need 10 times your body weight in calories just to continue at your weight (resting metabolic rate). That means if you weigh 180 lbs you can consume 1800 calories and not gain or lose a pound.

Every day you move about and do some activity, either climbing the stairs or shopping or whatever – all that adds up to calories burned.

What you eat (healthy and junk) are calories of food ingested.

To lose weight the amount of calories of food needs to be less than the amount of calories burned. To find out how many calories you burn first watch the video for greater explanation then check out the calories burned calculator.
