Importance of Cardio for Weight Loss

You also increase your caloric expenditure; the oxygen is used to break down fat and the fresh hot blood filled with nutrients is fed to your muscles for healing and health.

In addition, by warming up your muscles with cardio activity, you can better strength train them with improved results.


Cardiovascular activity added to your day can also improve your ability to move and add grace to your step, it will allow you to lose fat faster and improve the function of your heart and other muscles.

Cardio fitness is so very good for your health as it will help your digestive and bowel functions, increase your flexibility, reduce tension, improve your mood, increase bone density, give you a better nights sleep and help you to lose weight!

So try and find a few fitness activities not only for your weight loss but to improve your cardiovascular health.
