This is a wide view of a mechanical deboning machine – this one is for chicken.

The chicken carcass bits are dumped onto a conveyor where they are trafficked to the top of the mechanical meat separating machine.

At the end of the conveyor they drop into the top of an Archimedes’ screw apparatus where they are pushed against a screen.
